What are the effects of stress?

Indeed, stress symptoms can affect body, thoughts and feelings, and behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can help to manage them.
On Behavior:
Overeating or under eating, Angry outbursts, Drug or alcohol abuse, Tobacco use, Social withdrawal
On Mood:
Anxiety, Restlessness, Lack of motivation or focus, Irritability or anger, Sadness or depression.
On Body:
Headache, Muscle tension or pain, Chest pain, Fatigue, Change in sex drive, Stomach upset, Sleep problems, Irritable bowel syndrome, Diabetes, Weight fluctuations.
