When to drink water?

Today I share a simple effective way to include atleast 2 litres of water on a daily basis..

1. Start the day with two glasses of water after waking up - it helps activate internal organs
2. Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before every meal - it helps digestion
3. Have a glass of water before taking a bath - it helps lower blood pressure.
4. Last have one glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack. Water at bed time helps prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and wake you up with a Charlie Horse.
Make sure to drink water at these times for good health.

Water

Do you know why we insist on drinking water while pursuing our health goals?

Here are few reasons:
*Water is an essential nutrient for the body to carry out various metabolic functions,
*Water makes you energised. The cells, which don't get enough water start shrinking and causes muscles fatigue,
*The thirst centres and hunger centres are located very closely in our brain. So sometimes,we may confuse our thirst impulse with hunger impulse and tend to eat more.Try drinking a glass of water while craving for some junk. You will immediately feel relieved.

So tell me how much water we are managing to drink daily?

water

With so many important things to do throughout the day , water intake is something that easily miss our attention ! Do you know blood volume, blood pressure, and heart rate are closely linked. By ensuring proper water intake you are not only keeping your heart and kidneys healthy but also cleansing your body from unwanted toxins and pollutants .  How much water do you drink in an entire day?

What is the importance of drinking water throughout the day?

Drink water through the day. I cannot emphasize how important this is for your metabolism. Water makes up more than two thirds of the weight of the human body, and without it, we would die in a few days. The human brain is made up of 95% water, blood is 82% and air 90%. A mere 2% drop in our body's water supply can trigger signs of dehydration: fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on smaller print, such as a computer screen. (Are you having trouble reading this? Drink up!) Mild dehydration is also one of the most common causes of daytime fatigue. An estimated seventy- five percent of Americans have mild, chronic dehydration – a pretty scary statistic for a developed country where water is readily available through the tap or bottle. Water is important to the mechanics of the human body. The body cannot work without it, just as a car cannot run without gas and oil. In fact, all the cell and organ functions made up in our entire anatomy and physiology depend on water for their functioning.
Water serves as a lubricantWater forms the base for salivaWater forms the fluids that surround the jointsWater regulates the body temperature, as the cooling and heating is distributed through perspirationWater helps to alleviate constipation by moving food through the intestinal tract and thereby eliminating waste- the best detox agentWater regulates metabolismIn addition to the daily maintenance of our bodies, water also plays a key role in the prevention of disease. Drinking eight glasses of water daily can decrease the risk of colon cancer by 45%, bladder cancer by 50% and it can potentially even reduce the risk of breast cancer. And those are just a few examples! Drinking water should always be clean and free of contaminants to ensure proper health and wellness.
If your workplace or home is air-conditioned, all the more reason for you to be aware of the amount of water you drink. When in an air-conditioned environment, you don’t usually feel thirsty; even though your body may be dehydrating, you don’t feel it, because of the climate. That’s why you must make a conscious effort to drink up. Fill up three 1-liter bottles. Keep two of them at work, and ensure those two bottles are over before you leave for home, and ensure the third one is over before you end your day. It’s the best way to track the water you drink. If you are involved in sports or any exercise, increase your intake to compensate for the water lost through sweat.

Water

Adequate hydration keeps things flowing along our gastrointestinal tract and prevents constipation. When we don't get enough fluid, the colon pulls water from stools to maintain hydration -- and the result is constipation. Have you started the day today with 1-2 glasses of water for your good bowel health ?

When you lose more fluid than you take in, you run the risk of being
dehydrated. This can happen without us even realizing it.

Before we know it, we may be having any one of these symptoms:
 . Dry, sticky mouth
. Dark urine (it should be clear unless you're taking medication which causes discoloration.)
 . Unnatural fatigue and tiredness.
 . Clouded thinking
. Unusual headaches and muscle cramps.

To avoid these symptoms, drink your eight glasses of water daily. Do whatever is needed to get that water in your body. And no soda and power drinks don't count

HEALTH TIP OF THE DAY

Water is our best friend to help lose weight. 3 litres a day is our bodys daily requirement to ensure proper digestion and elimination of toxins. However drinking a glass of water when craving for a particular sweet or junk food often helps us resist the temptation. Also having water before our meals makes us feel full and prevents us from overeating. Having lukewarm water with lemon early in the morning has helped many successfully lose weight. Water provides the necessary lubrication to our joints too which is very helpful while exercising to lose weight too.

This simple water has many more benefits, so make sure to have more of it today.
