Fruit and vegetables

When it comes to obtaining nutrients, our diet – not supplements – should be our primary source. If we consume a balanced, unprocessed diet that's full of high-quality, raw organic foods, especially fruits and vegetables, our body will acquire the essential nutrients and antioxidants it requires to achieve or maintain optimal health.
