What is Tabata?

Tabata Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) wherein you select any 4 exercises - upper body and lower body alternatively 1st exercise for 20 seconds and then 10 second rest, 2nd exercise for 20 seconds and then 10 second rest, 3rd exercise for 20 seconds and then 10 second rest, 4th exercise for 20 seconds and then 10 second rest... Repeat the next set in the same way. Play some awesome full power music and do it! You know what is the best thing about Tabata? You do it for 4 minutes and you keep burning calorie for the next 3-4 hours!!
